AN EXTREMELY POOR😡😡😡 CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙌🙌😡

I'm extremely DISAPPOINTED on the service I've been getting at AMERICAN SWISS at Menlyn Mall PTA.😡😡😡it's been 3 following weekends me driving to that shop and not getting any assistance. 😡 The MANAGER there runs the shop like she's the owner of the company or she has shares in the business, she has forgotten that she's there to serve customers and treat them equally. Not serve them according to colour or who has more money. I felt so undermine, remember it's my money that I'm using to buy and to be treated as such it's pure ****😡🤬. I would not advise anyone to shop for anything there, especially when that lady is still Manager. I'm even wondering, how the hell did she get that position because she's knows nothing about CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY.!!!!!!! Each time I go there she refuses other staff members to assist me because she wants to bully me.
