American Swiss/tfg horrible customer service

Horrible Service I went to pay for my account end of April at American Swiss in Ermelo Merino Mall, they made me pay twice on the speed point because apparently their machine wasn't working properly and the installment R2250 I paid at 1st didn't reflect on them, so when I went home and checked my statement two deductions had been made, went back to store they couldn't refund me saying they are short of cash, after 3 accounts of not getting assistance I ended filling a form which they said goes to their finance department and I'll be dealing with them going forward, it's been a month already and zero refund and I'm expected to pay again this month without the previous amount being refunded.
