American Swiss - worst Jewellery Store in SA!
Don’t buy from American Swiss as it’s impossible to speak to the staff if you have a problem! They don’t understand English and are unbelievably inefficient! Bought a Pearl Ring for my wife in December 2021 and the Pearl fell out of the ring and is lost! Trying to get a replacement and I’ve been given the “promise” but “go away” answer each time I call!! Absolutely useless!!!
