American Swiss Wedding Ring

What should've been an exciting and happy time in our lives American Swiss has brought us everything but happiness. I bought my wifes white gold wedding ring at American Swiss Bay West Port Elizabeth in 2019 which had to be manufactured. We got married on 19 October 2019 and I received the ring a week before our wedding. After just 2 months the rhodium plating started coming off. We then took the ring back to American Swiss in December 2019, they sent the ring away to be inspected, they couldn't find any manufacturing faults, keeping in mind that the same people who inspected the ring are the people who manufactured the ring. This type of behaviour has become common practice in the country that we live in, people are too proud to admit if they made a mistake. My wife was falsely accused of washing dishes and working with her ring at the time the area manager was using examples of opening and closing doors and drawers. My question was and still is whether the ring is durable if it can't even stand opening and closing doors and drawers keep in mind that the rhodium plating came off after 2 months. American Swiss offered to re-rhodium plate the ring we initially wanted a refund. After a long back and forward my wife agreed to have the ring re-rhodium plated. We only got the ring back on 11 February 2021. Lockdown did have a huge impact on the time frame and we could not do anything about it. After receiving the ring on 11 February 2021 we thought that everything was fine. To our surprise 2 months and 2 days later on 13 April 2021 while we were having supper my wife discovered a diamond on the table she then checked her ring just to notice that her big diamond just fell out. I will be in store tomorrow and I wonder what my wife will be accused of now again, maybe building a house while she was wearing her ring that's why the diamond fell out.
