American Swiss unprofessional, a waiste of time.

My husband and myself went to buy a necklace from mall of the north in polokwane. It is under two weeks old with the slip and hasn't even been opened. It was a gift we couldn't give as the person unfortunately passed away. I call mall of the north and they say come we will exchange it only to get there and be told there is no cash in the till. Then we are sent to Savanah mall American swiss and the lady is on lunch at 2:45!!! Also no money in the till!!! N I then call American swiss in Limpopo mall. A guy called Rodney checked the till on the phone. He says finaly we can come and do an refund Why are your staff on lunch that late if Savanah mall has two or three attendants only? Why is there no cash available for this???!!!! I don't know if Rodney will follow through but our time has been seriously waisted as well as petrol and airte. This is so not o.k as a chain store and on a professional. Level reflects badly. Won't be buying from you again. I bought two other items that day aswell. I won't be supporting you again. Well done to Rodney!!!
