AMERICAN SWISS THE GLEN

I went to American Swiss the Glen to have my ring Re-sized, they then contacted me regarding the quote and told me that i must accept or reject the quote on the sms they will be sending, i then spoke to my fiance and went on the sms to accept the quote, from accepting the quote i received another sms to state that i accepted the quote and that they will contact me when the ring is ready for collection, this was on the 01st AUGUST 2024. It is now 2 weeks later 16 AUGUST 2024, i called to find out what is happening as it is 2 weeks later, i was told by the lady today that it was just sitting in the warehouse as i didnt call to accept the quote, so my question is WHAT IS THE SMS FOR????? and WHY HAS NO ONE CONTACTED ME IN THIS 2 WEEKS TO ASK ABOUT ACCEPTING THE QUOTE!!!!!! I am livid at the service of American Swiss the Glen and will definitely not do business there ever again! this is extremely unprofessional and stupid behaviour of both the staff and warehouse.
