AMERICAN SWISS THE GLEN

So to go back to my complaint regarding American Swiss the Glen leaving my ring in the workshop and not being attended to for 2 weeks i got a call today from the Manager Sandra, The staff honestly does not care about their customers, she literally called me to say that she is Sorry and I must bring the ring back, bare in mind i dropped this ring the first time and collected it again on saturday because they did not work on it for 2 weeks now they are expecting me to bring it back again, pay the full price and collect it when its done, so i did not get a call to state what they will do to assist with the mess they made. I am really shocked that they treat their clients this way and all you get is a "Sorry" American Swiss the Glen is the worst branch. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone, if the Manager doesnt even care about the service the staff is giving and does not make any effort to rectify this without making it the clients problem then theres a big problem there.
