American Swiss, Terrible workmanship, completely disorganized, *********** management

I cannot believe the appalling service I've received from American Swiss, I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding bands from them 3 years ago, and they assured me that we could have the rings joined if we so wished

We now decided to have them joined and when we sent them in to American Swuss, the jeweller assessed them and said that it could be done. When I went to collect the rings, it was immediately noticable that they were not aligned correctly, the manager was not in that day and I was asked to come in the following day, the sales person also dropped the ring on the floor.

I returned to speak with the manager about this, who had been informed about the issue but not taken any further action, she said she would contact the jeweller and get back to me, this never happened, I returned to the store 2 days later to be met with story that contradicted itself, I made it clear I was not happy with the work and it must be fixed

A week later I received a phone call where she said that the jeweller had done the best he could, and that I could come in and read the email he had sent regarding it

His email basically said that it was the best he could do as the rings were not a tripset and they would never align properly. First I'm hearing of this, no mention of it during his initial assessment, had this been mentioned prior I would have never have given my approval for the work to be done.

The manager then drops the ring on the floor, and has the audacity to raise her voice at me as if I'm in the wrong, I'm absolutely fuming over this situation
