American swiss **** Tempo Watch. Rude unpleasant Staff Phoenix Plaza

Kindly be wary when purchasing Tempo watches from American swiss, they sell ****, they lie that the watch is being booked in for repairs Denise store manager, blamed the error on her staff when she was caught out. They retained the watch for months until they hope the warranty expires. I purchased a watch from the American swiss group, I had taken it to the phoenix plaza branch. I have had the watch for about 9 month and had only used it a few times it still looked new, the watch was purchased November 2023, the watch has a 3 year warranty, in August 2024 the watch was sent in for repair due to the hour needle being stuck, they contacted me in late December 24 to collect and the needle was still stuck and booked it in again in Jan 25 with the same fault, they contacted me now in May 25 to collect, upon collection at the store, both needles we're loose and moved about, whilst still being at the store, they now want to book it for the 3rd time for the same repair, when questioned about the time frame and it being under warranty the lady said they have to keep sending it in for repairs until the warranty ends then they cannot assist me. Guys be wary, who know's what other **** products they sell, after service sales is pathetic because of it being ****, they wouldnt even give me the contact numbers for Tempo. Unprofessional, unreliable American Swiss. I will be taken further action on them.
