On February 28th 2025, I sent my Tempo watch in which I had for a mere few months, the strap started clipping open on his when when putting my hand through eventually the entire clip broke off, I keep phoning into American swiss to find out how long it's going to take as we are now in APRIL and I have not received feedback nor the SMS confirming collection. What ticks me off even more, the employees in store can't be bothered to answer the phone for the past week
