AMERICAN SWISS STAFF VERY RUDE

I went in to Bluff store to open an account, i had to present all documents,there was one lady there. She said i should wait 5 minutes for her manager (She was VERY RUDE) i Waited 10 Minutes and still no one... i went to do shopping and came back and STILL they could not help me!!!! i Went all the way to Pavilion American Swiss and bought what i wanted. the next day i went back to the bluff to try again and the they told me VERY RUDELY that they cant re-size it without a slip (they didn't even give me time to present my slip).... I was furious by the way they treated me.... it then cost me to travel all the way to Galleria... there was a lady there who was just as rude laughing because now she had a new excuse why she cant re-size it. She kept talking to other people while busy with me!!! i Will honestly never in my life buy there again!!!!!! i am waiting for my ring to get back and then they will never see me again!!!!
