American Swiss Southgate *********** RUDE staff that *****s our money !!!

I went to American Swiss in Southgate last week Wednesday (26 September 2018). A lady by the name of Mbali helped me, well ****** me. This woman swiped my card twice so the money went out of my account twice. I told her about in and even showed her my incontact messages showing the money going out of my account and the balances. She told me that the money would bounce back within an hour and it has happened to many customers before. I went back to speak to the manager yesterday and showed her PROOF that the money went out of my account twice. This "manager" tells me that she will give me a call this morning (Monday 9.30am 1st October 2018) and I actually had to call after her. After she gives me attitude she tells me that I should rather speak to her area manager as she cant help me! There service is pathetic and the staff , including the manager is ***********. They are a bunch of money *****ing *****s !!!!
