American swiss Southgate: bad service

My husband and I returned a ring for resizing on sunday, we were told it will take a maximum of 5 working days. Today its sunday again we havent got back our ring yet. I am totally not happy about their service. I dont think we will ever want to do business with american swiss. It seems like they take their customers for granted.
