American swiss sold me a reject which they have failed to repair over and over.
I'm so disgusted with American swiss .I bought a Tempo watch beginning of 2020 and in a few months the watch stopped working and I took it to one of the American swiss branches for it to be fixed since it was still under warranty 6 weeks later the watch came back it worked for about a week and once again it stopped working again I took my time at my expense and took the watch AGAIN i had to wait another 6 weeks.i got the watch back and yet again it has stopped working. What game is American swiss playing ?I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with American swiss I really had faith in you as a business but now I'm starting to think otherwise.

21 Sept 2021, 16:59I never thought I would get such disgusting service from American swiss.Katlego from Maponya mall called me saying she was going to assist resolve my query only for her to tell ME what she wants me to do .She wanted to swap my watch for a watch that does not even come close to the watch I have an issue with to say the least. Today surprisingly I got an sms that said that my query was resolved but I don't know what it who resolved my query as it is still outstanding.
If this is how ASJ handles their customers then I don' think I ever want to deal with you ever again.Just resolve my query to my satisfaction that's all 😡😡😡😡😡😡

21 Sept 2021, 17:07The whole time I had to use my time and money to keep taking this watch to be fixed more than once and it came back the same and clearly that doesn't matter to ASJ because you just don't care.I bought something that I am not enjoying.
