American Swiss sold Cubic Zirconia ring instead of a diamond stone

i was in a jeweller shop when a lady came in and asked for the diamond ring to be checked. The jeweller took it it and told her it was a Cubic Zirconia and not a diamond. This Cubic Zirconia ring had just been purchased from American Swiss. She was advised to take it back which she did and they gave her a full refund. To those buying rings, please get them checked out before assuming that what you are buying is genuine and not ****. If a top class store like American Swiss can catch you out, then beware of any store. Not nice on you American Swiss.
