American Swiss shocking attitude Matshego

I just purchased another diamond 💎 tennis bracelet from American Swiss store in Rosebank Mall but once again the stinking attitude of Matshego , your store manager was unbelievably shocking and a disgrace to your world class Brand name .

The other day she gave me so much lip and disgusting profanities that I’d rather not repeat .

Please initiate disciplinary action against her for insolence , disrespecting her clients especially today , having bought a second tennis bracelet and she refused to acknowledge me when I was attempting to show Matshego the bracelet that I had just purchased , wow wow wow guys please start seeking a more appropriate employee with decent manners and better self esteem than that miserable human being who will do nothing more than decrease your sales and ultimately your profit margin.

Having been manager of Emperors Palace casino for decades , I do know the difference between great world class customer service and shocking low class low frequency disgusting poor low vibrations and poor work performance that This poor child exhibits.

Cut your losses guys and do yourselves a favour and sack her .
