American swiss selling *******

In February 2021 my fiance bought my wedding band from American Swiss. We got married on 22nd May 2021.

The Monday 24 May I reported to the store that I noticed that the black part - what they referred to as rhodium plating is busy fading - coming off. I literally wore the ring for only 2 days.

The ring was booked in and they send it to their jeweler, according to him the could not be fixed or getting it at least as close to it's original form was not possible. The store assistant suggested that they removed the black bands on the side to see what it would look like. The ring came back my husband said that we should just leave it like that.

The ring was booked in numerous times because I was not happy with the way it looked on top where the black diamonds are - the border around the diamonds that was supposed to be black - came off completely. The jeweler came back saying it's wear and tear. Something I couldn't wore as it was in the possession of American swiss and their jeweler the majority of the time.

I'm very disgruntled because American Swiss does not want to take responsibility for the poor quality they sold us.

To top it off, my engagement set also had issues and had to be booked in TWICE because the stones fell out.

America swiss that is suppose to sell quality - they sell *******!!!

I'm sitting with a ring that I don't wear.

I need American Swiss to take responsibility!!!!
