American Swiss selling low quality jewelry

The quality of the jewelry at American Swiss is shocking...I bought an engagement ring from them a year before I got engaged in April 2019, 6 months later my fiancee noticed the ring fits much looser and noted it snapped at the bottom. The problem was that we moved to a different city and I lost the slip but took it in to the Richards bay branch who advised that they can see it's new and will therefore fix it on warranty, we then got the ring back and weeks later noted the rose gold starting to fade and was told that there is nothing further they can do. Now 7 months later the ring snapped again which is really frustrating. My advice, stay away from these people, the quality does not do the name justice anymore. R14,000 down the drain.
