AMERICAN SWISS selling **** jewelry ****MERS !!!!

Very upset knowing I paid R5000 for a "9ct" **** gold necklace 4 years ago as a birthday gift to myself . I only found out recently when I wanted to see the value of my necklace where I was told that it's silver with gold plating and that my necklace is not even worth R400 . This company is running a business of ****ming people . My question remains will American swiss refund me or also respond my saying they'll direct me to someone who's just as pathetic as their business
