AMERICAN SWISS SELL PLATED SILVER AND CALL IT STERLING SILVER.

my two piece ring in August 2021 and proposed in October 2021. The ring started losing color - bear in mind this is sterling silver. I have a sterling silver necklace that I ordered on Wish 5 years ago and I swim, wear, bath and sleep with it and it is still perfect. We returned the ring in December 2021and they "fixed" the ring only to have the same experience in January 2022. And it was "fixed" again. However my ring is now turning black!!!! This is the worst experience for me being a first time bride. American Swiss clearly is not fixing the problem as we are past the guarantee period. I will have a dud ring for the rest of my life. Thanks American Swiss. Swopped the ring for a new one after getting major attitude from the Carnival Mall store. New ring collected yesterday 10/02/2022.

This has been the worst experience off my life and this has left a dark cloud on my upcoming wedding which is supposed to be the best day of my life.
