Its a real struggle to get refunded!!!!

Paid full amount with a card. Now the only way to get refunded is by giving you cash back. Guess what,, They dont have CASH. Its been more than a week and i still didnt get any refund, or a call back or anything out of them. They promise to call but yet again after speaking to the ladies at Secunda Mall several times.NOTHING is happening.

Im still waiting for a call back from the manager.. Ive phoned them on friday again and still nothing!

Poor service! The worst customer service ever! The attitude, the no help service, not going the extra mile for you!
