American swiss Secunda Mall

On the 25th May 2026 I saw a wedding ring in the window at Secunda mall american swiss advertised on sale from R8999 to R6999. I was interested in the ring and I took a photo of the sale price and normal price, and I told the sale lady I'm interested in this ring and when she checked online the price shows R8999 but in the window it show from R8999 to R6999. Then she said she will speak to the manager and she will call me back when the manager is back in store. I have waited till 31st May when I went to the store again and asked about the ring and no feedback from manager yet. So the sales lady phoned the manager and the manager said no we must buy it on the normal price of R8999 but it was advertised on special for R6999.

I feel that this is false adverti*****t and wilfully misleading clients in an attempt to lure clients just to solicited money out of people.

I think that all clients need to know about this type of conduct from outlets like this and so doing prevent being falsely mislead.
