American Swiss Sasolburg

Good day everyone.

I would just like to inform you of the bad service i received at American Swiss Sasolburg Branch 8/6/2022 round about 09h30, i saw i ring i liked in the display, i walked in to get more information about the ring because i have been wanting that specific ring for a while now, i greeted the lady, she didnt even greet back just looked at me dumb founded, i then asked her and i quote, can i please see that ring in the front display i really like it and would like to buy it. She responded and i quite, Here and she literally puts a bunch of rings in my hands check your size that rings is small we cant help, and as i am trying to get my size she gets inpatient with me and responds with hurry up, as i give her my finger size she pulls her shoulders up and say that sorry we cant help you, nothing like lets maybe see for something similar that i have a size for or even just go that extra step.

Well clearly TFG Group and American swiss makes enough money, so i dont need to worry, but i have have worked in retail for a long time and knows customer service and personally i think that was the worst i have ever been treated, i usually dont write reviews because i understand that sometimes one experience a bad day but this was the worst of them all.

Hope you guys can assist to maybe just give this lady better training because you are going to lose more customers with that type of attitude.
