American Swiss Sammy Marks Square in Pretoria

My husband made a laybe two weeks back for a ring which was on sale , he then cancelled the laybe in few days so they didn't refund him saying they dont have money at the store they will put him on the waiting list and he is number two at the last. Today i called making queries they saying he will still going to wait .

And the amount is little and on top of that they charge laybe cancelling fee
