American Swiss ridiculous service

I took my phone to American swiss Grahamstown branch on the 22rd of October. I have been doing follow ups with them today they tell me the phone is still in the store it hasn't been collected to the insurance for repairs. They even had the audacity of telling me they didn't do any follow up as they were busy with black Friday mind you this is a phone that has been in their store for over a month now.
