American swiss refusal to close account

I have been trying for 2months now to close my Late wife's account with American Swiss.<br> <br> I was told to go to a store in order for the store to send through the documents.<br> I went to American Swiss in Cradlestone where the staff had no idea what to do.<br> <br> Then I went to Clearwater Mall and the American Swiss there faxed the documents through- this was on the 30th of October 2015.<br> <br> Now on the 9th of November when I eventually got hold of the claims department (after 9minutes of ringing), they seemed to have lost the docs as it is with another department.<br> <br> They refused to obtain the documents from another department.<br> <br> The emotional stress this company puts a person through is insane!!! <br> No compassion nor any intention to do their jobs properly.<br> <br> Just be prepared if your spouse has an account with American Swiss - it will be very trying and challenging to close their account.
