I visited the ERM to make multiple purchase of the new Miss Swiss Range. After waiting about 15 min to be assisted, the sales lady informed me that they are out of stock. She called the pop up store which is at the opposite side of the mall. She confirmed that they do indeed have stock. We walked all the way to the opposite side of the mall to the pop up store only to be informed that they are out of stock. The lady suggested we check at Sterns which incidentally is right next to the original store I enquired. This is pathetic, I am not that desperate to make a purchase at American Swiss and being shunt around by inept staff. This is a borderline ******s.
