American Swiss Promenade making empty promises on timelines

Really bad service, bad communication.

I purchased a ring in store on Saturday the 18th. The one I purchased needed resizing. The people in store promised it would be ready in 3 - 5 days, we mentioned we needed it on short notice for the following Sunday. No mention of any other steps we needed to take or that they needed to take, just that we could collect it in 3 - 5 days and the papers I needed to bring with

Still, upon phoning on Wednesday, it appears the admin hasn't been done, the ring was at the workshop, but they didn't send me the quote for the actual resize work. Had I not phoned, more days would have gone by with no action from their part. This is not the service I expected, nor the horrible communication

So the 3 - 5 days promised was just an utter lie, or someone messed up with the admin. Either way, thanks for ruining my day, and probs my big day too
