American swiss poor service

I took my wedding ring to American Swiss for enlargement since I gained weight and ring was now too tight. 2weeks after sending it in, I received the message that ring is ready for collection. When I got there, the ring was silver instead of gold ring I sent. Argued with sales consultants that that's not my ring and they were insisting I don't know my ring. They kept on saying that's a white gold and even the package outside was sent for repairs with description saying white gold. They advised me to go back home to get the certificate I received when buying my ring. I had to stop my daily plans and sort this one out. I went back to the store with my certificate fully describing my yellow gold ring. They were shocked and took my certificate and said will contact me in few days. What's going to happen now. Are they going to paint that white gold to yellow. What happened to my actual ring.
