American Swiss Poor Customer Service

American Swiss Online has advertised several Michel Herbelin watches on the website. Each time you choose one a week later it is not available. I have chosen 4 different watches and each time an email was sent to say sorry it was not available. Why put an item on the website if it is not available. What kind of Customer service does American Swiss provide to their to their customers? Misleading customers is not right. If you dont have the item take it off. I have bought several items from them not online and i have never had a problem. I am really disappointed with their Customer service
