Good day
I am outside your store its 10 minutes pass 9am which is your opening time. Your staff are in the store having a chat and have not opened the store. Why are there operating hours if you are not going to stick to them ? Do stores not value customers time because that is surely unacceptable. Passed 9:10 and no signs of the store opening anytime soon what a waste!
