Purchased an engagement ring set from them on the Tuesday, specifically asked the sales rep. (Londie) if the ring doesn't fit, as they could only offer the one size, what is the resizing policy, this is where I was informed, don't worry we will give you free resizing of the rings. Based on this I was happy to proceed. I then called on the Saturday stating that in fact I'll need to do resizing, and asked the same question again to which they responded the same. I then take the ring in on the Sunday and after waiting almost 15min for them to work their system I am informed there is a hefty fee and the same sales rep. then blantently lies and says she would never say that it was free. This is absolute con artist behavior and deplorable on the highest regard. Do the right thing and honor your word or train your staff in honesty.
