American Swiss Pavilion

I just called Jill at American Swiiss in the Pavilion who was so disgustingly rude. The part that gets me is that my, now husband, spent over R60 000 last year on 2 rings and she helped us and the person i spoke to today was not the friendly over-efficient sales person she pretended to be last year. Obviously, today I didn't try to remind her that it was her that had helped us as I just need assistance as 1 of the diamonds in my ring fell out. She told me, about 3 times that i should have read the terms and conditions because the workmanship is guaranteed only for 6 months, thereafter if all my diamonds fell out, I will pay for new ones. I am appalled at this, how do you sell 1ct (and bigger) diamond rings and tell me they can fall out after 6 months!!!!!!!!
