American Swiss Order Packaging Gone Totally Wrong

I have never been soOoOoOo ****ed off in my entire life... I feel like screaming and crying... I bought a set of tempo watch, earrings and pendant that was on sale online at American swiss on 09 Feb 2023.. Order number p***, I waited for my order and they only delivered today 14 Feb 2023 via Ram courier.. I signed for the delivery without checking, when I got to my work desk I opened the package only to find a minx watch and neckace.. Nooo Nooo Noooo.. What on earth? This is not what I ordered, this is bull****... The invoice says tempo watch and they deliver a mix watch to me??? Why on this day when I needed this for some occassion I am going to.. Now I called the customer service for returning the incorrect order, they telling me they gonna collect the order and refund me... I told them I don't want a refund, I want what I bought but they told me the only way is for me to be refunded then I can order again.. Imagine!!! Now I went to check if the set of tempo bangle watch, earrings and necklace is still on special and noooooo!!! Please assist me Hello Peter... I want what I paid for, what I saw on special and ordered.. I don't want their refund.. I want my order... I am soOoOoOo Heart Broken.. I trusted American Swiss.. Apparently my order was dispatched from the Menlyn Park American Swiss in Pretoria.. JHB.. South Africa... I want my order... I feel like smashing everything in front of me... Even this computer I am typing from.. I have ordered from Sterns several times and they never mistaken my order.. All was good.. But American Swiss is trash even though they are under the same group (TFG).
