American Swiss not living up to their standards

I recently visited an Amarican Swiss Store in Rosebank, was interested on a watch on display, when i got to the till, the price had a different price to what was displayed. When i was referred to the store manager, she gave me an attitude and told me she cannot sell me the watch. As far as i know, a customer pays for the price they see on display.
