American swiss Northgate

If I could I would give 0. I brought my watch in and was assured it could be fixed in 6-8 weeks. 4 weeks later I got an SMS "Your American Swiss Repair is ready for collection at Asj Northgate." I went to the store and they made me fill in the collection slip before I got to see my watch only for it to be in exactly the same condition as when I brought it in! Why couldn't you have called to say unfortunately we can't fix it!! When I asked the lady so you couldn't fix it she just shrugs and says no!! I was so unimpressed with the service I just walked out. Should have mentioned it's still under warranty!! Awful service
