American Swiss name chain

<p>My husband ordered me a name chain from american swiss for my 30th birthday and after 8 long weeks it finally came today. After paying R2600 then he gets to see it!! Well lets just say no wonder he did not want to give it to me !!! That is the most shocking piece of necklace i have ever owned its so damn small i cant even see my name hence what the point on a name on a chain! The chain is so small its like a chocker !! Its shocking that you would even advertise this online you should have a sample piece in your store so we can see what it looks like before ordering!!! Waste of money !!!!!to get told aah shame no return policy !!! I want a refund and shove your **** necklace back in your store !!! I will never buy from american swiss again !! I cant understand how you have your name on a item like that!!</p>
