I have yet to find another store where you walk in and find all the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. This is exactly what you find when you walk in to American Swiss N1 City. These ladies work together to create an awesome customer experience and go the extra mile. A special mention must be made of Gwendeline who ordered my fiancee's engagement ring from Jhb, this after I had been to numerous American Swiss stores where I was simply told that nobody in Cape Town had stock of the ring. None of them attempted to source it elsewhere. When Gwen realized that there was no stock in Cape Town she picked up the phone and made sure that we got the ring we wanted. She kept us informed of the e.t.a and then literally chased down the courier to get the package. I doubt he minded though because of her fantastic personality. To Gwen and the staff at American Swiss N1 City I say thank you for making a special moment even more special and memorable. These ladies should be commended, not for customer service, but for service excellence!
