American Swiss ****merd me

i bought a laptop from American Swiss on 18 April 2024. then second month problems started overheating charger was not working at all and also slow performance. august discover r that i was preowned by find pictures of previous user then i decided to report this on American Swiss they refuse to do exchange and they took it for repairs until today i don't have a laptop. I'm a first year student, i was suffering for my assignment on Wednesday I'm writing economics. i want a reliable laptop even if i wanted to trade it, it won't happen becouse it alerdy depreciating
