American Swiss Maynard Mall Terrible service.

On Sunday, 3rd of December, went to American Swiss in Maynard Mall, we went in, the sales person or manager was behind some sort of counter but not visible, so I went to check the perfume samples, then I could see her, we greeted no response as she was focused on her phone. I looked at the samples or boxes of what I assumed to be samples because I wanted to smell the one I was going to buy. The boxes were empty, so I called out to her, no response then shouted a bit louder that I'd like her assistance, she looked at me, phone still in her hands. I asked if they had samples as I saw the perfume online and wanted to smell before buying it, can she check if they have it, she reluctantly went as her face showed her displeasure of being interrupted. She goes back and then comes back saying they don't have stock. I said thank you and left, but was so annoyed at the service or lack of it by this store. If she's a manager, she lacks customer service experience.
