American Swiss Mall of Africa Manager is Rude

I was so disappointed on Saturday 15 February 2020, my fiance bought me an angagement ring last year end of September 2019 which had 6 months warrantee. After a month of wearing it, the ring stone came out took it in for repairs and they took the slip, February 2020 the wrong different stone came out again now I couldn't find it and I'm being to to pay for it, what does warranted mean?.
