American Swiss Kolonnade - staff

I was so impressed with the friendly faces from American Swiss Kolonnade, they were Charmonel, Heyla and Pamela. I had order some jewelry online and the order had some difficulties so I only received one item. I went onto the store to pay my account and by chnace find one of the items I didnt get from my order. I took my chances to see of I could still get the necklace and Charmonel was willing to assist and suggested what paper work I needed to bring to continue the process and went the extra mile to fixing my watch. The next day when I had come back with the paper work Heyla and Pamela didn't hesitate to see what they could do. I finally got my completed order. Thank you to the team.
