Went to American swiss Kolonnade yesterday for an engagement ring shopping..we were helped by a Lady named Monica wow what an amazing customer service we got..she was so helpfull and patient. We had even gave her a tip because we have seen such amazing service..American Swiss Kolonnade big ups you have a star there
