American Swiss Kollonade and Haseena Laher.

I've written a complaint that resulted in the Ops Manager Haseena Laher contacting me in hopes of resolving the issue. At first I was extremely defensive as I believed I would receive the same result as before. But in all honesty This Woman's absolute passion for customer service had me at a loss for words. The level of professionalism and authority that she handled my complaint with explains why she is in the chair she is. Nr 1. I am an extremely difficult individual and I own up to it. But the way she informed that she is in charge and we will do thing her way (With my concerns at heart) and not by my misguided expectation of the conversation. Shows that she is truly a woman of integrity and results an issue that took longer than 7 months was resolved within 24 hours. Haseena is a true inspiration to all TFG employees as her example would result into a lot less 1 star reviews. Thank you for your assistance. And thank you for the Kollonade branch as well. As my wife stepped into the store within five minutes she was assisted and the issue was resolved. Great aftersales.
