American Swiss Jewellery Store Stole from me.

I am truly disheartened at the service I received from American Swiss Jewellery Store in Uitenhage. I handed in a ring I had purchased for my fiance for it to be resized. The lady at the shop told me it would cost me R200. I paid and gave her the R200. She then gave me a receipt on which she had written R200 but when my fiance went in to collect the ring she denied that I had paid her the R200 and said that the receipt was only for the ring she had received from me. I have been to the small claims court and will be serving her the papers in which she has twenty one days to respond. If she refuses to refund me the money we will go to court. I am totally disgusted at this incident. When I asked the regional manager if he could provide the video footage which will prove that I gave the money I was told that the shop did not have cameras as they could not afford them.
