American swiss is the pits
Yesterday on the 03 August I bought a minx watch that has a pandent in Grahamstown 76 Highstreet. On my way home the the pandent fell off. When I check the chane broke. Today 04 August I went back to the shop and the lady was full of attitude asking me if the next one also broke was I going to bring it back. Its a free gift anyway so why should I stress. Should she now call Eskom as there is no electricity to assist me. I am discusted by your shop and the service I received.
