American Swiss is ****

I got a TEMPO watch from American Swiss as a gift from my friends, with it i also received a warranty card valid for 3years for the watch. In the past 2years i have taken the watch back to American Swiss Cresta for repairs on non-negligent damages 3 times and on the 3rd time i requested they take it back because they scratched the glass badly while they were repairing it(which they wanted to claim that i brought it in like that) , now i have 4months left on the warranty and it just stopped working again and the parts inside if they are not falling off they just loose! i only just started wearing this watch on a regular so they can\t claim wear and tear because i hardly wore it! i send this because the watch has sentimental value as its been specially engraved! im going to have to take it in again now for repairs before the warranty expires and during that time im going to wait for 2weeks or even longer without it!
