AMERICAN SWISS IS PATHETIC
I bought a silver ring for my girlfriend at American Swiss Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester in the Western Cape, after a month the ring started to fade. Now we want to return the ring for the money back, but they keep telling us that they do not have that cash at the moment and they will let us know. It has been 2 weeks, and nothing. I live 30km from Worcester and it has cost me R 500-00 gas money so far. AMERICAN SWISS IS PATHETIC. They might as well close their doors.
