American swiss is diffcult

Hello I require urgent assistance with American Swiss. In June 2018 I did a lay by for a Anne Klein watch in Pavilion mall Durban. I then moved to Joburg in September 2018 for new employment and I now wish to pay off my watch and have it collected in a american swiss in midrand Johannesburg. However the Durban store says I need to physically collect the watch in Durban and sign for it myself. Of which I won't be able to do due to certain circumstances. I have requested for some assistance from the midrand store in mall of Africa with no luck. All I'm simply requesting is to draft a letter giving my family member based in Durban authorisation to collect the watch on my behalf with a receipt of the full amount paid and both our ID copies attached. Or for the watch to be couriered from Durban store to midrand store and for me to sign for the release of the watch and the original receipt be sent to Durban store. I believe the Durban store is making this matter difficult up until the expiry date of the reaches which is the 29th December 2018 and I therefore forfeit my deposit and the watch. This is a simply request for ad hoc situation. Hello peter please help me. Thank you.
