American Swiss is a ******* company! No customer service at all

American Swiss at the Mall of the South is the worst. I bought my husband a ring there just before Father’s Day. The ring did not fit him so I went to resize it from them. Only to find the ring was still too big for my husband Which was on me because my husband couldn’t come with for the resize however the stone from the ring then fell off. Not even a month of having the ring that has not even been worn! So I ask them that my husband does not want this ring anymore because it’s falling apart. They say they don’t want to exchange it because it’s been resized but my thing is the ring was faulty in any case when you have a stone coming out of it when the ring hasn’t even been worn! Now we are stuck with a ring my husband doesn’t want nbecause the stones are falling off for one AND HE HASNT EVEN WORN IT BECOS ITS BIG ON HIM and we can even get an exchange for something better! No customer service at all.... ******* company this! All they want is to take money. I would not recommend you buy from this company at all.
